About this Speaker

Tim Tate is in his fifth year serving as lead pastor of Warrenton UMC. He is a fifth generation UM pastor and is in his 26thyear of serving in the Virginia Annual Conference.

As a Next Level Innovations (NLI) church, Warrenton has navigated significant changes on all levels. As a result of the work with NLI, Warrenton moved from a traditional model of leadership to the one-board model. This process taught us much, but it has helped us to lead adaptively and be nimble enough for innovation to flourish
