If you do have an All-Access Pass you will need to log in to the event website to access the replay content.
Here's a video that walks you through the process.
We've also added step-by-step instructions to our FAQ section below.
This year's event looked different than ever before, but we've got a great lineup for you. Our Keynote Speaker, Susan Beaumont offered three live sessions on January 16.
She spoke at 9:00 a.m. for our Keynote Address (Negotiating a Liminal Season), at 10:00 a.m. (Moving from Decision Making to Discernment), and at 12:30 p.m. (Coaxing Order Out of Chaos).
All other content was prerecorded. All of the sessions by Susan Beaumont as well as all additional workshops are available until June 16 (with an All-Access Pass).
This year our event was ONLINE ONLY. The event was held right here on this website and you can still participate from the comfort of your home.
This year we offered two different ticket types.
All-Access Pass: Our All-Access Pass costs $50 and gives you access to all BDTD2021 content until June 16, 2021. We've got 25 hours of content available to All-Access Pass holders--including replays of the 3 live sessions with Susan Beaumont and all of the prerecorded workshops. You can purchase an All-Access Pass any time between now and June 15, 2021.
Day-Of Pass: For $30 participants had access to all three live webinars with Susan Beaumont as well as 24 hours with all of our content. If you purchased a Day-Of Pass but are interested in having access for longer, we can help you upgrade your ticket. Contact Us.
Because the experience is so customizable using this virtual platform, each ticket must be purchased individually. Every ticket is linked to a specific email address and each ticket corresponds to the 'schedule' (the list of workshops) as selected by the purchaser and that person's unique ID. The system will not take team registrations.
If you are a high school, college or seminary student contact us for details.

If you purchased a Day-Of Pass but are interested in having access for longer, we can help you upgrade your ticket. Contact Us.
If you already have a BDTD All-Access Pass you will need to log in to the event website to view the workshop replays. We've made you a video to walk you through that process.
1. Visit https://bdtd2021.heysummit.com/accounts/login
(If you are on the BDTD home page you will find the login link under the "..." in the menu bar.)
2. Be sure that "I'm an attendee" is selected in blue.
3. Enter your email address and click continue. (This must be the one you used to purchase your ticket.)
4. Check your email for that confirmation email and link.
(If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. We also know that in Gmail this lands in the 'promotions' tab)
This email is how the system identifies that you are you and checks your ticket type.
5. Click the orange "Sign In Now" button included in the email. (The subject of the email is: Sign in to Bi-District Training Day 2021)
That should then reopen a web browser, authenticate you in the system, and drop you on your personal "My Schedule" page.
6. After that, you can click 'view' to watch the workshops you chose at registration.
Once you are successfully logged in, you can use the REPLAYS page to view and add any additional workshops you'd like to your account.
We've also prepared a walkthrough video that answers some of the frequently asked questions and goes through the entire log in process. You can find that video above on this page or you can watch it here.
Those who attend all three live sessions with Susan Beaumont (Keynote at 9 and then workshops at 10 and 12:30) AND read her book: "How to Lead When You Don't Know Where You're Going: Leading in a Liminal Season" will qualify for .5 CEU credit. Be sure to mark your request for CEU credit during the registration process.
If you get stuck or need help, we are happy to assist you. You can email us at NoVaDistricts@vaumc.org or call the Bi-District Office at (703) 820-7200.
We couldn't be more excited about our lineup. Which workshops will you be checking out?
